SLOW-WILLIE (tm) is a dry powdered concrete retarder conveniently packed in easy to use one pound bags or loose in wide-mouth buckets. It is designed to extend the setting time of concrete without affecting the quality and use in any way.  SLOW-WILLIE (tm) contains no hazardous or corrosive properties and is compatible with all standard concrete admixtures.
